ddi 1000 not letting me use external speakers, no sound out of headphones and cue points not the right color
My ddi 1000 has been a problem since I bought it, the cue points only color up green, the sound only comes out of my max laptop and not my Adam audio speakers. and also there is no sound coming from my headphones. Everything is hooked up correctly and I have the updated drivers and firmware.

It might be wise to trade your unit in for a new one if it has had problems from the start.
