DDJ SX2 No Sound

I am getting no sound output from my unit, all lights are signaling that there is input. Nothing coming through headphones when cue is active.  Tried with two different MacBook pro computers. Both are showing control through serato and sound output.  Also tried from a turntable, again, showing sound input and master levels ok but nothing comes out. 

Everything was working fine, didn't use it for about 6 months. Now nothing.

 

Any suggestions? 

 

Pioneer said it might be a faulty sound card.

@David > When you say "all lights are signalling that there is input" you mean that the channel meters / master meter are illuminating?

If nothing is being output from the headphones and the master ouptuts, then I'd be inclined to believe it's a hardware failure, especially on two different computers. Please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or serviced.
