Hi, i hace a ddj rx console,. A few days ago, one of the audio master outputs does not work. that is, when I connect the outputs L and R, only the sound comes out through a single speaker. alternating the outputs L by R, the same thing happens, but if the R side worked before, when changing it, the L side works. I tried yo reset factory, and updated to last rekordbox versión. Also, if i close the Rekordbox and i test the sound from the sound preferences MacBook, the same problem appears.
If swapping the cables on the outputs changes which speaker works, then it's likely a hardware issue. Please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your DDJ-RX inspected and/or serviced.
