A couple of problems;
Brand new XDJ RX2 not recognizing my rekordbox playlists and tracks. It thinks the usb drive is empty. The same usb works fine on my cdj 2000.
Unable to update firmware. I have followed the steps and the screen just says connect usb storage device into usb1. The usb is in #1 with the firmware update file on the drive.

The drive must be formatted FAT32 with Master Boot Record (MBR). If you've formatted the drive on a Mac, it may be FAT32 with GUID, which won't allow the firmware to be read from the drive on system boot.
The firmware must be unzipped to the root of the USB drive, and if you used Safari to download it, please try a different browser as Safari will sometimes corrupt the firmware file.

Thank you! It was formatted FAT32 but not (MBR). Thank you very much!!!
My other problem is that when I put my USB in, formatted from Rekordbox and works fine on my CDJ 2000, I receive a message that says;
rekordbox Database not found
I have tried two different drives, one that is OS journaled and the other Fat32. The OS Journaled only works on the CDJ and the FAT32 works "sometimes" on the XDJ RX2
Any thoughts? Thank You!
