Crossfader error on Rekordbox 5.4.3

I'm having a problem, in Rekordbox 5.4.3 the left channel stays running even when the crossfader is positioned on the right side. What should I do?

I'm using Mac OS 10.13.3 and Rekordbox 5.4.3, the driver and firmware are up to date.
