Zendesk has been helping us tweak their spam detection tool as we've had some spam posts squeak past the filters, yet legitimate posts are getting caught and marked as spam. We're doing our best to manually move them to a hidden section of the community to try and preserve them for inspection by Zendesk, but quite often they're being posted in hours that our support team isn't awake, so they may linger for a bit. We're trying to stay on top of them, so thanks for your patience!
