Sound delay ddj400 phones and speakers

Hi , 

 

I have been really enjoying the product but whenever i hook up the ddj400 to speakers there is a lag between the headphones and the output sound

 

i've tired this with the correct red and white cables plugged in and also going from my mac to the speaker . 

 

Its very frustrating , can anyone help please 

 

speaker is a phillips htl1190b sound bar

Unfortunately it's the sound bar that's causing the issues as it most certainly has audio processing causing the signal to be delayed on output. You can try to see if the sound bar has the ability to use a direct output, or to disable processing.
