Collection is loosing track ratings

Did you close rekordbox properly? Were you changing tracks within your collection or from an export device? Need a bit more information on your process please!

Hi yes closed rekordbox and shutdown laptop also properly.
Changing tracks in collection then adding tracks to playlists. The ratings carried into the playlists. Only after reboot were they lost in both places.

Hi this is starting to really do my head in. Still the same issue in collection and also playlists it doesn't matter where I add the details to they are being forgotten. I can see now that if I add or edit the artist name field and the track genre its not remembering those as well. 

Any news ?

Is your database for the collection stored locally on the primary partition?

Any news? Was wondering if itunes has any bearing on the matter?
