DDJ RX Slight pause when loading a new track on deck 1 and song is playing on deck 2

I’m having trouble when I load a new track onto deck 1 or 2 and I already have a song playing on the opposite deck. I get a quick pause of the track while the other track is loading up......any ideas?

@Danny > It could certainly be due to your computer spec; can you tell me some information about your computer? What is the CPU / RAM / OS version?

Is your hard drive a SSD or conventional HD? Are you loading those tracks from the internal drive or an external drive?

What is the setting for the audio buffer size in the rekordbox preferences?
