ddj sb3 fx cut out the sound
Every time I use my FX nob and buttons, they cut out my music. You can see it within the lights on the board when using the FX nob, it looks like there is a open circuit or something, I had it sent in, they couldn't fix it, sent me a brand new controller, and it's doing the same thing!

I'll tell you that two different units wouldn't have the same failure, so the common item here is your computer, or the configuration of the controls. Can you test on another computer to try and isolate?

Had the exact same issue. Solution for me was freeing up some spaxe on my laptop. Deleted some big files; videos, mixes, apps. It no longer cuts out or freezes when using the FX

I have the exact same problem with the SB3. It happens when i turn the fx level knob. If i preset the fx level then activate with the buttons, it seems fine. The only problem with that solution is that if i change the type fx on a button from the serato software, sometimes i have to turn the fx level knob to activate it, then it freezes. Looks like a software/hardware compatability issue to me.

If you could provide a video of this, it would help identify the possible causes. So far, nobody on this topic has posted one so we're in the dark.
