Trouble tracks while beatgridding?

There is one or two tracks that continue to confuse me. I have everything mapped out perfectly through the track but the last drop of the track begins in the middle of a bar. For ex, the first drop is at 21 and the last drop is at 45.3. I really can't tell what I'm missing...it's like half a bar was left out or something? The track is Matches by Cash Cash & ROZES. I know sometimes singers/rappers will begin their verse right before the 1 beat and you just stick to the 1 beat anyway, but with this it's like the whole rest of the track flows off that 1beat at 45.3

I'm very confused and appreciate any help
