Problem Connecting to Serato DJ Pro

I have tried all the troubleshooting that is available in the manuals, blocks, and tutorials; install, uninstall, and re-install the software for the DDJ-SR2 and Serato DJ Pro in a MAC and PC and nothing since to fix the problem. When I connect the controller first I get a message that is "connecting to DDJ-SR2 and can take a few minutes"  then the scream for Serato DJ Pro freeze, and the lights that initially go on on the controller turn off and only stay in color LOAD, KEY SYNC, KEY SHIFT, and HOT CUE.
