Hi, I have recently received the DDJ SB3 as a gift and, after I plugged it in, lights turned on but there was no sound. Afterwards, when I unplugged and plugged once again, there is a red blinking light in the top of the 2nd channel. It seem that this is a common issue with multiple posts about it with no solid solution so I figured to try again. I tried different USB ports, I even purchased and tried a powered USB hub with no success - still blinking. The Serato program recognizes the unit but I am not able to do anything with it. Please advise.
If you still encounter the same problem after testing different computers and USB cables, then it's possible the DDJ which is faulty; please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.

Me pasa lo mismo con una DDJ 400, probe en varias computadoras y diferentes cables y sigue parpadeando los led rojos del boton beat sync.
