I cannot import songs from Itunes into rekordbox.

Hi there ,

I have been tyring to import songs from Itunes into rekordbox but it is coming up with a circle with a cross in the middle which is unusal as it normaly works.

My Itunes is updated and so is rekordbox.

If anyone knows a solution to this , please do reply.
