Tracks not uploading

I have just purchased a album from itunes and uploaded it to rekordbox and there are 8 tracks missing from the album. I have payed and physically downloaded the album into my itunes library. The album is not in cloud or apple music, can you please avise me on what steps to take to place the missing tracks into my rekordbox collection
