DDJ-400 suddenly lost power and will not power on again

Hi Pulse and friends,

Today my DDJ-400 suddenly lost power in the middle of the mix and I cannot get it to turn back on.

I am using Rekordbox 5.6.0. and a MacBook Pro 2018 with an USB-C adapter hub, through which I use my external monitor HDMI cable port and three USB-A ports. The external monitor is still receiving power. I have tested other devices (my USB drive, iPhone, Kindle, Juul) in the ports and they all still receive power. I have also tried a different USB cable, and still I cannot power on the controller.

Have you tried powering the DDJ-400 directly from a USB power brick to see if it will illuminate?

Hello i havr the same problem on my ddj 400 no power at all i used it with usb hub amd then cant switch also with power adapter no reaction at all please help any idea what coild it be thank you

@artan > If the DDJ-400 isn't powering on when using a different USB cable or USB port, please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
