RX2 cue points showing on preview but not on buttons

Hi,

I've been spending the last couple of hours setting up loops and cue points on my tracks and when I reloaded the tracks already cued up they appear having cues on the waveform at the bottom of the screen but those points are not assigned to any hot cue button.

The cue point also appear during the scrolling waveform.

Would be great if you could please help.
