Have you tried simply rotating the knobs full left / full right, then back to 12 o'clock to see if that clears it?

DDJ-SZ2 color fx are stuck on...
any idea how to get them to turn off. And yes of course the oscillator knobs are in the 12' o clock position . The effects come on at about 20% when i turn on the button... but not in the headphones. Firmware and drivers are up to date. Computer is a 2009 mac running el capitan... mixer worked fine before last weekend.

I will try it but the effect is only applied to the output... in the headphones you dont hear the effect
