I've noticed that when I'm beatmatching and I move the jog a lot, the information on the jog wheels dissapear as you can see on the photos, also the pads get a new color etc...
It always happens when you move a lot the jog wheel, if it's necessary, I'll record a video

same issue. Playing fine. Mini freeze and jog display goes blank. I’ve reset and reinstalled at great loss time wise.
brought to DJstore and they ran on a Mac with no audio output and ran for two hours no issue.
brought home and boom same a gain. I’m using a dell g3 ssd dedicated.

Sadly it does not work properly even on a Mac and there does not seem to be a fix for this. I am surprised though that there are very few people that say they experience this. Could this be a hardware issue instead?
Currently it looks like there is only 7 of us experiencing this issue. who knows,there could be more out there,maybe social media might get them out. It could be that there have been a few bad units that have ended up in our hands unfortunately,but what would it take for the company to go like ok,return these units and lets work on them or even replace them for you. I wish i could get another DDJ-1000 which hasn't experienced this issue and test it on my PC with all the bells and whistles running. That would confirm if i probably have a bad unit.
Well I guess that the only thing to do is film the controller while using it and post the video. Somehow it does not seem really tied to a specific action.
The only consistent thing is that it happens, usually, after playing for a while. I cannot figure out if the amount of actions are a factor here or it's just the amount of time.
Our engineering team is working on it, I can't say much else right now, but we should have more info soon. Thanks for your patience.
Wow..very interesting,so after months of typing,commenting and updating information on this page with hopes of getting a solution,we are being asked to fill an inquiry form with details of the problem. So I am wondering what was being done all this while,was anyone actually reading our comments? Why wasn't an inquiry form made available right from the beginning when people started complaining? Pretty sad .
