If you're not using Serato DJ 2.2.2, it will not be detected by the software.

DDJ-1000 SRT Driver
So I just purchased this controller and both my MacBook and my Windows Desktop cannot connect to this controller. I followed all the steps.
My MacBook shows driver was successfully installed, while the bottom right corner shows Driver Not Installed.
My windows desktop failed to install the driver.
I need this to work before my gig. All my pioneer products never had this issue, from the SX, to the SZ, everything was straight forward. Now I can't even use this.

When I open the driver package for Mac the only application in there is the driver updater. With that there is no option to uninstall the driver. Can you make sure there is an uninstaller included in that package? I'm looking right now and all I see is DDJ-1000SRT_v102 which updates the driver only.
