Ddj sx-3 crossfader acts as Volume adjust

Hallo! I just bought a brand new, black-dot, December 18 version of the ddj sx-3. The crossfader acts as volume adjust for all channels from right (0) to left (100)... Anyone else with this problem? Or better, a solution?.. Greetings Christoph
