DDJ SX2 Left Jog wheel wont scratch - not responsive/ sluggish

This seems to be a new issue. Left Jog wheel wont scratch. Very sluggish and does not stop when I touch it.

I have tries all of the following:

Shif+Slip

Not a grounding problem

Tried multiple different outlets on different circuits

Tried multiple USB cables

Reset the PC and controller

Tried different XLR Cables

None of these things made any difference.

I am running Windows 10 on an HP Core i5 with 8 megs of ram. I don't recall the processor speed but its a new laptop and far exceeded the pioneer specs. I have read this is a common issue. Is there a fix for this?
