master volume not responding DDJ SZ2

Did a gig this past Saturday with my sz2 it worked fine. Then Monday when I hooked up at home the master volume is not responding at all or giving me any feedback. In order to hear music I have to turn the channel trims up which causes the unit to peak all while my master volume is at zero. and after trying to see what the problem is i realized that when i turn the booth nob up the volume is higher and nothing is plugged into the booth output. Only one USB light blinks on the right side of the deck as well when there is supposed to be 2 one on each side left and right. what's going on here help?

@raheem > The channel trims should be set to a point where the channel levels are peaking around the first orange LED, then take the channel fader to the top, then adjust the master output level until the master meter is at the first orange LED as well.
