DDJ-SSX 2 Jog Wheel Issue since Purchased

I have had this issue since I purchased this unit. At times when I move the Jogwheel, the needle on the serato app showing the bar grid scrolls left to right at a very fast speed as i turn the jogwheel. This tends to happen right after i sync the decks together. Once sync, soon as i turn the jogwheel to match the beat of the other song playing, the bar grid on the serato moves crazy fast. This makes beat matching impossible. I normally can fix it when i hit the shift-Cue which i think resets the jogwheel back to normal. Once i do that my jogwheel sensitivity is back to normal as it speeds up or slow down the track for beat matching.  Please help me.
