DDJ SR2 buttons not functioning properly.

I have a ddj sr2 and the buttons are malfunctioning. Some buttons dont do anything and other buttons are doing something they aren’t supposed to be doing. Everything is up to date, i even tried a different computer but it’s still not working properly.
