DDJ-SR2

I am having problems getting sound out of my DDJ-SR2 controller. I am using virtual dj, all functions on the controller are working with VDJ just no sound. I went to audio setup in vdj.. to the right of the. Main output and headphone output says error? Any ideas what the problem can be,
