@Adam > Do you mean you can still hear the audio when the EQ knobs are all the way to the left? If so, that's because the EQs are a -26dB cut, not a full kill.

DJM 700 playing when knobs turned down
There is music still playing when I have all knobs turned down. The music stops when channel faders are down. But if I have faders up, and all knobs are turned down, music is still playing. I can’t tell where the issue is coming from.
