Strange Layout when running DVS w/ DDJ-SX2

I just got a DDJ-SX2 and it's great, but there's one thing so far that concerns me.  This is my first Pioneer DJ product, so I'm not sure if this is normal for them or not:

The inputs that are labeled as Phono/Line on the mixer are only inputs one and two, which are the middle two channels on the mixer.  With my 2 turntables set up (one on the left and one on the right of my SX2) it's seems like it would be more natural to let me hook up the Turntables to channels 3 and 4 so that the faders on the mixer would match the real layout of the decks in real life.  I run 4 decks regularly, so this (so far) has got in the way of me quickly identifying what fader belongs to what decks in the heat of the moment, because they're all mixed up.

Is there any way to change this, and let me use decks 1/2 for the built in digital decks on the SX2, and use channels 3/4 for my DVS Turntable setup.
