DDJ-400 unstable tempo in RB

I recently bought a brand new DDJ-400 as a smaller alternative to my DDJ-1000. Although I was expecting the tempo sliders to be of a lower quality and to have issues with hitting an exact BPM (like xx.00) I did not expect to see that I set the BPM to an exact value (e.g: 98.00) and then without touching anything it changed to a another value (e.g: 97.96 or 98.06).

Did anyone else experience this?

PS: I had cheap controllers in the past (Roland DJ-202) which did not present the BPM shift issue.
