Are you connected to the USB A port on the back of the SZ? Did you hold the SYNC + SHIFT buttons on the left deck when powering-on the SZ?

firm ware want
ddj-sz want update it keeps saying to plug the usb from the controller to the computer and it till want work im using windows 10
