DDJ-RX Jog Wheel Problem (video)

Hello, I found that when I use the right jog wheel on my ddj rx connecting to rekordbox, I can't control neither back nor forth through the right jog wheel when playing tracks, so does the needle lock. I am sure that the right jog wheel isn't broken because I can control it while the track is paused. My left jog wheel is normal and works well. Can you guys help me solve this problem?

I have followed the reset intructions the pioneer offers but the problem still exisited.
