Have to ask, have you tried the unit with different speakers? Also do the displays ask for an Audio Driver???

I recently purchased a DDJ1000srt. After hours of research, tech support, and friendly suggestions I am at a TOTAL loss of words. The sound does NOT work on KRK speakers. I am using an Alienware R17 with Windows 10. As of now, I have contacted the manufacturer and requested a refund with a very angry letter. Every single troubleshooting option has thus far not worked. There is 0 sound out on perfectly good speakers.
Different cables did not work. Drivers and Firmware installed - did not work. Switched internal speakers from control panel - did not work (as recommended by the tech support team). Switched to INT mode - did not work. Audio Unit plugged in - did not work. I don't know what else.
This is such a good CDJ and it pains me to find that it does not work under any circumstances. There are no hardware issues with the laptop I am on. Music should be playing. I cannot get the sound to output for the life of me. If anyone else has had this issue and resolved it I would like to know before I sell a BRAND new never before used CDJ.
