Problem “ sound colour fx” with MIDI mode Ddj SX3

Hi, I have a problem with my ddj sx3 when using “midi mode” does not work properly “sound color fx” on input number 1 goes, but on other inputs 2,3,4 it doesn't work :( I need to use this device in MIDI mode, I need with this help, as I fix this problem, please advise me, thank you
