ongoing issues with rekordbox

I have had the rekordbox ddj 1000 since the equipment released and the issues have gotten worse, I can be at a gig & the music will just stop, my music files always have orange exclamation marks next to name meaning the file is gone and i have to keep re adding music back to rekordbox from my hard drive, currently all my files & I mean ALL my files currently all have orange exclamation marks and im forced to go by a serato based board again because I never had this issue with serato and I cant be embarrassed at another gig , also sometimes the tempo will change on its own when a track is playing it with go fast as if im tampering with the temp knob on my board then kinda static out while tempo changes then goes back to the right tempo as if nothing happened.. has anybody had similar issues? 

I have sent several emails and none of my issues have been resolved they try and make it seem as if im  doing something wrong where again i had none of these issues with my pioneer SX 1 or 2
