XDJ-RX2 Firmware 1.37 Update Issue

Hi, 

I followed all of the steps here but my unit just get's stuck on ”Connect USB storage device into top USB1 port.” 

I've tried with two different USBs: 

- Samsung Bar 128 GB

- Sandisk Ultra 32GB 

I cleared all of the contents from both USBs and the only file on there was the update (on the root directory). Both USBs formatted in FAT-32 and with master boot record. Also downloaded the update from Google Chrome, not Safari. 

The main reason I'm updating the firmware is because I've had issues with tracks stopping and the system crashing (sometimes will go into emergency loop mode). It is not one single track either, it's happening to several tracks where I've had no issues beforehand. Any help would be appreciated.
