XDJ-RX2 Beatgrid disabled

in beatgrid mode, when I push the utility menu button to use the reset commands, snap grid and shift grid appear disabled. I thought it depended on the type of USB but I tried some and it's not that, how can I enable this function?

It should work - did you possibly lock the track within rekordbox?

I checked but the track is not blocked by rekordbox. I inserted the USB stick directly into the console without connecting to the PC. Also in this case the voices appear disabled. Are there other settings to be adjusted directly from the console?

Wait, was the track previously exported by rekordbox? Songs added directly to the USB drive would not have a beatgrid, and thus not have any grid to edit.

to create my playlist I did these steps:
1. I inserted the USB stick into the PC with the folder with my songs inside
2. I dragged the songs to the rekordbox device to analyze the songs
3.When I load the tracks on dek 1 or 2 and press the knob for more than a second, the grid appears on the display and by turning the knob I can move it. On the other hand, if I press the "menu" key to access the "reset commands, snap grid and shift grid" commands, the commands are disabled.
