I just tested this with both headphones cueing channel and master, as well as the master outputs and it seems to work properly for the L/R on both decks.

Can you get this on video (showing the master meters for reference) with a couple of different audio files so I can pass it to our engineers?

Here is a video from yesterday, same track (audio only on the left side, prepared in wave lab) on both channels, load from USB stick. Deck2 plays it left, Deck1 plays it right. You can see it on the Master VU.

I first recognized it with a track that im working on in Ableton, i listen to it on Deck1 and thought to myself, hmmm, i pan the hihats to left, why i can hear them on the right? I load the track on Deck2 and my hats where on the right.... so i made the test track and record the video.

But:

Today I powered the unit on to make a better video, again load the same test track on both channels, and...... Deck1 & Deck2 plays it left, so everything as it should... hmmm.

Truly bizarre! If it happens again, please let us know. I'll pass this along anyhow.

Thank god i made the video yesterday, otherwise i would have doubted my mind today 😄

Give the 1.10 firmware a whirl and see if it happens again.

If it happens again, could you please note the following:

How often does the issue occur? Just that once or with any song loaded to the deck?

When the Left and Right channels are reversed during playing tracks in a USB stick, please check if the audio from LINE/PHONO or AUX input of CH3/4 are correctly outputted from left and right channels or not.

I'll keep an eye on it.
Firmware 1.10 is installed. So far so good.
When it appeared, playback via Rekordbox DJ was normal, only playback via USB was disturbed for every song.
Unfortunately I have not tested the other channels.
After it was normal the next day, a reboot probably helped.
If it occurs again I write here.
