Possible XDJ interface bug, possibly intended for legacy reasons

In performance mode in Rekordbox with XDJ1000MKIIs on "perform" interface linked to PC via USB, If you load a song to the XDJ and place a beat loop down, the buttons to the right do not change to 1/2x and 2x. They stay as arrows.

In addition, after you put a beat loop down, you can not jog without the scrubber returning to beginning of loop when you let go of turntable. One more peculiar thing is that if you now press "cue" button (the one above "play") on the XDJ, it erases the loop you laid down.

This can all be circumvented if you simply touch the waveform so as to jump to a position in song. Or just press play and pause immediately. Then the beat loops seem to work more intuitively moving forward with track.
