Sorry to hear that - have you checked that it's not the USB cable or port you're using? Those can sometimes be an issue if the DDJ isn't getting enough power. It's always possible that it could be a problem with the fader itself, which would have been covered by warranty but given that you've opened it up already, that might void it. Try the USB thing first, and if that doesn't work, please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
