Hi everyone,
I recently purchased a DDJ-400, I've downloaded Recordbox and successfully plugged the controller to my PC and followed the first steps of the tutorial until I figured out that no sound is coming out of my PC. I turned on the buttons like said so into the tuto video and nothing at all, nada.
But the sound of the tutorial video is actually working, the controller or the software seems to be the problem, i don't know...
I don't have any speaker, is it necessary ? Just have my PC and my headphones actually.
Please do you think that you can help me with it ? I can't wait to start using it !
Also It's my first controler ever bought so probably i do something wrong with it even tough that it looks actually pretty simple to connect all the devices together...

Hey Manon,
Please check that if you're in Windows that the DDJ-400 isn't set as the default audio device for Windows, otherwise you can't select it within rekordbox.
Also verify that the TRIM knobs at the top of each channel aren't all the way to the left.
