DDJ-1000SRT - no sound - no phone

Hey, just unboxed the DDJ-1000SRT and put everything together but the sound doesn't work. the wheels show the bpm and are "rolling". Serato shows & plays the song. But there is just no output. What am i doing wrong?

First and foremost, if you missed the step of bypassing the macOS security when you installed the drivers, you'll need to follow the instructions here to reinstall and allow it to be properly installed.

If you already did that, check that you haven't accidentally created another audio device (such as an aggregate or multi-output) that has a reserved name.
