No mic audio coming out of XDJ RX2

I have a Audiotechnica AT2020 connected to the MIC 1 port through an XLR cable. The mic switch is ON but there is still no mic audio out at all

The AT2020 is a condenser mic, which requires 48V phantom power. Unfortunately the RX2 does not provide phantom power over the mic connectors, so you'll need a phantom power injector for that mic.
