SZ2 Will not install driver on Catalina 10.15.4.

I've uninstalled, disconnected, reinstalled and everything else the instructions said do.  But, I'm not getting any of the system preference pop ups.  When I'm recording on Audio Hijack, or Audacity it only records deck 1.  When I hook my sb3 up it records both channels so it has to be the SZ2.  Please any suggestions.  Can't get drivers to install and can't get deck 2 to record.  I get volume to the speakers just not to the recording.  When I record using Serato it's fine.  But I want to record some of my soundcloud tracks as well.  Please Help.
