And you will need to purchase a subscription for rekordbox 6 in order for that to work.

How that ? and how much ? why i will buy again if i buy before 2017 what's that ???? is not normal buy the control and i buy the software and know i need to buy for update oh my god !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your license purchased in 2017 was for rekordbox 5 to use a hardware device that did not come with a license for rekordbox 5. Any hardware without a license included for 5 will require a subscription for 6 to use those same functions.
You can still continue to use rekordbox 5 with the previously purchased license - those are not being taken away.
