datafile.backup.edb

Recently installed RB6 but have since unistalled as I've decided to stay with RB5 for the moment.

I've noticed that I know appear to have multiple MYSETTING.DAT, datafile.backup.edb and ExtData.backup.edb files in my Pioneer folder.

Are any of these left over from the RB6 uninstall and if so, is it safe to delete them?

Rather than rename them I'd like to remove them if they're not necessary as I clone the HDD to a cloud backup server and as the files are quite large they significantly increase the time it takes to perform the cloud backup.

Those database files are 11MB and 24MB, and the MYSETTING file is 1kb. If those are slowing your backups, you should get off dialup!

In all seriousness, you can remove the backups, but keep the originals.
