Cannot Record Mix

Hello,

I'm having quite a bit of trouble sorting out how to record my mix.  I typically have no issues mixing and outputting music using the following setup:

-CDJ-2000NXS2 (x2)

-DJM-S9

I have the CDJ switches to line out which obv connect to the DJM, and I have both USB cables connected to a dongle and my laptop.  I do not have the DJM connected to my laptop.  Both CDJ's are running in Link mode and there's no problems using the Rekordbox software and linking the CDJ's and being able to mix from them with music outputting from the DJM/Master to speaker system/booth/etc.

When I load this setup up, rekordbox prompts me to connect to the ASIO driver for the CDJ's which seems to make all of this tick.

Now I'm hoping to record one of my mixes, but the REC button is greyed out as there's no 'Input' option available in Settings.  So I've tried researching, watching videos and trial and error'd a million things at this point.  One thing I tried was plugging the DJM to my laptop additionally, but that seems to start a host of other issues where it tries to load the ASIO driver for the DJM and that removes my ability to mix physically from the CDJ's.  But that appears to let me record...

It's all pretty complicated to me, but if anyone has a solution or maybe a better way to set the system up so I can load stuff onto the decks on rekordbox from the music on my laptop, physically mix with the CDJs and find a way to record the final version of my mix - that would be INCREDIBLE :)
