Need help with cords (DDJ400 to new Ipad pro and speakers)

Please help me.  Can you please be specific as possible (links to amazon would be great) as to what I need for my son for the following:

1. to link his Ipad pro (new version 2020 with usb-c) to his 400 that will charge while in use. The name of the cord and the little "pass through" that will charge it

2. the name of the cord that connects into the back that will fit to connect his speakers == he has large powered speakers and the end that goes into the speakers is standard and we have the part figured out. 

why doesn't this stuff come with this information?
