When I playing a song it is very stuck

Hi, I hope you are very well, I wanted to comment that a few months ago I had a problem because every time I went to reñordbox and did an action, it told me UNSPECTED ERROR APPLICATION then I went to Google how to solve it, it said that I had to go to appdata and then to rekordbox3, I did it and it worked for me, but now the songs were not going like before, they sound the same but when they are played they get stuck and it is very difficult to work like this, I hope they help me as soon as possible thanks.
