DDJ800 with RekordBox (Beeping and track jumping)

Ive had this DDJ800 from new for 2 weeks now and its impossible to enjoy playing on due to rekord box making a beeping noise over the music and also random jumping of songs like a cd skipping.

Ive done some reading on the net and it says to increase the buffer but on my settings this option is greyed out and with only one sample rate to select which is 44100Hz and 256 samples

My system is a fresh install of windows 10 with i5 processor and 8 gig of ram.

Does anyone know how to fix this please
