DDJ-RR Audio level dropping & cue heard on Master Output

Hi, recently when I’ve been mixing tracks I’ve noticed tracks are not being heard at the right level when the fader is up fully? I’ve had to crank the trim all the way up to get the desired level then when I’ve twiddled the trim a little the sound comes back but very loud. This seems to be happening with the trim & fader. I’ve also noticed I can sometimes hear the track I’m cueing up even though the fader is down? Can anyone help? Many thanks
